I would say I love the dance between illustration and design. Sometimes my illustrations want to dance solo, sometimes do a duet with design. They are always collaborators in my mind. I really have no preference on the tools to get to the finished product, be it charcoal, watercolor, acrylic or digital–whatever the moment calls for.
